7. What should I prepare before contacting HID Technical Support?

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please have your product model, serial number, firmware or software version, and a brief description of the issue. 

8. How do I request an RMA or return a product?

You can request an RMA by submitting a ticket through the Support Portal or contacting Customer Service. Make sure to include your product serial number and reason for return.
